These pocket cameras are tricky. Bird is center of pic, yet camera focused on fence. Bird may have moved slightly when picture processing. Not sure how many focal areas the Kodak has, gotten for ease of use. What good is a camera if it is too difficult to operate. My cannon A75 has 9 focal green boxes, I have it set to focus in middle box when in picture view. I half press the shutter and camera calibrates focal length and I can take object out of center of pic - that object will be in focus and rest of pic will have various degress of depth blurryness.
